Arrival
It was my first visit to Niagara Parks, Canada, but nothing can prepare you for the magnificence of the Falls. Choosing an overnight stay at the Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview enhanced my experience. Radisson hotel guests can literally cross the street for a spectacular waterfront teaser of Niagara Parks.
Be sure to request one of the 54 Falls view room well in advance, worth the extra cost yet surprisingly affordable!
Niagara Falls Accomodations
Wow! You will be speechless and unable to get enough of this view! I walked into my 15th floor accommodations, dropping my luggage at the door, to step into the room and simply enjoy the view. Horseshow Falls is the focal point of these rooms, and worth the minimal extra cost – in the offseason, as little as $50 more.
At Radisson hotels, WiFi is always free and it’s also very strong. Work space is spacious, and in my room, the desk was located at the entrance, unfortunately with limited views of the Falls. I was distracted often, moving to the chair by the windows or sitting on my bed, just to take in the Falls and listen to the distant roar of the Niagara Falls.

Location
Within minutes, you can drive, walk or ride WEGO, the city’s public transportation, and arrive at Niagara Parks and Hornblower Niagara Cruises. Fort Erie and Fort George are located nearby at each end of the Niagara River and world-class local wineries are just a short drive away.
On-Site Amenities
If you can tear yourself away from your room, on-site dining options include Tony Roma’s, open, breakfast, lunch and dinner, available for room service, and the best kept secret for buffet breakfast, just $7.99. Complimentary coffee is available at reception desk. Nearby is also Outback Steakhouse, the only one of this chain in Canada.
The front lobby also offers relaxed seating scattered near the reception desk. Follow the hallway to more casual seating, an indoor heated swimming pool and lounge.
